a short story about how i got here.

when is was 12, my sister got a second hand computer. it was a pentium 4, 512mb of ram and windows xp.
we used to play browser games and nothing else. she didnt really care for it, so i started to explore the computer.

was amazed by the desktop, the icons, the start menu, the explorer.
was amazed by the internet. i was amazed by everything.

at this time minecraft 1.5.2 came out. quick forward a year when i stopped playing minecraft.

i wanted to create my own website, so i started to learn html & css. i found it boring and stopped.
instead i taught myself how to write programs. i started with C in code::blocks.
quickly started to realize that my environment (windows) is not the best for programming.

at the time i didnt know about any alternatives, but somehow i stumbled upon ubuntu.
i installed it on my computer and never looked back. since then i daily drive linux.

i began to experiment with linux, burning to cd and installing different distros.
as you may imagine, i broke my computer a few times, but i learned a lot.

back to programming, i tried out literally every language that you can think of.
